Ep 1: Papa, don’t teach

Singaporean parents are very concerned about their children’s education and academic performance. As a result, many kids spend hours at tuition on top of the normal school hours. [In one report, it is said that that the tuition industry has grown from $650 million (2008) to $820 million (2013) and is currently worth over $1.4 billion in 2019] And at home, parents also try to help their kids with homework and revision. Today we will try to answer the question: What is the father’s role in his child’s education?
